BHSC is licensed by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). All our physicians and anesthesiologists are board-certified with significant training and experience in their respective specialties.

MISSION
Provide a comprehensive quality of care approach for all individuals (regardless of race, color, religion or creed) for non-emergency healthcare services administered to patients who remain in the facility for less than 24 hours.
Our Team
Our dedicated professional staff provide an ideal working environment for physicians who need to perform a procedure or treatment that does not require an overnight stay in the hospital. As a result, more than 25 physicians have privileges at Bloomfield Hills Surgical Center. When your physician prescribes “same-day surgery” for you, we provide a team of registered nurses, anesthesiologists and equipment specialists who will support your doctor seamlessly and provide you with safety, comfort, and excellence in outpatient surgery.
We have a full team of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and Fluoroscopy Technicians to support your surgeon/physician. Our Registered Nurses (RNs) are Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified with specialty training in the perioperative experience. Additionally, our board-certified Medical Doctors of Anesthesiology and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists will provide you with a safe experience and are ready to provide you with the highest quality of care.
The surgeons enjoy the experience of working with our team of RNs and anesthesiologists and have become familiar with the people and equipment. Their confidence in our staff, modern operating room and recovery areas allow the facility to provide “excellence in outpatient surgery” with your safety and comfort in mind.
